When will you ship my order? Can I cancel my order?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1-3 business days. During the holidays you might experience an additional 3-5 days delay in fulfillment due to high shipping volume. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment. You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of when they were placed. After 24 hours they will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Smart Kids Only can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. Smart Kids Only will not be held responsible for additional customs duties/taxes.

When will my items arrive?

Most of our products arrive in 3-10 business days from the time your order has been placed. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending the postal delivery service in the receiving country. During the holiday season we work hard to keep up but some times there are delays with the mail carriers that may add an additional week to the shipping duration.

Where are my items coming from?

All orders within the United States and outside of the United States are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, UT. 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. This typically occurs with large quantity orders or when items ship from different fulfillment centers. Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we ship to to following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, and the UK or England.

Why don't I see the same deal on your website that I see advertised on facebook?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.
