I have to explain that I cannot completely evaluate this gift which I bought for a grandson who lives in Austin, TX. I gave a cursory examination of the contents of the kit and it seemed to be well made and complete. That was important because an item that I sent him for Christmas, a hovering helicopter like toy that uses infra-red to react to movement and to avoid walls and the ceiling, etc. It broke on its inaugural flight, so it had to succeed where the other clearly failed. I live outside of Philadelphia so will not get a status report from him, or his father, until some time next week. Ross Calvert

Interesting toy, a challenge to assemble (due to small parts). My grand daughter (age 7) and I had fun putting the robot together, and it actually ran like it was supposed to.
